Nicolla Hewitt is President and CEO of Nicolla Hewitt Communications
overseeing all aspects of client relationships, strategy and ongoing
development. An award winning journalist, Miss Hewitt spent two decades
in broadcast television, working for ABC, CBS & NBC News. She
interviewed numerous world leaders from both the political and business
worlds, witnessed history, covered wars, peace treaties, and
Presidential Inaugurations. Her coverage has taken her all over the
world, with a particular emphasis on the Middle East.
Among numerous responsibilities and deadlines, Miss Hewitt was
responsible for meeting with, advising and coordinating interview
strategies with high profile interviewees and their staff. This
included, subject areas, briefing manuals, message management, how to
‘make news’ and deal with time restrictions. Among interviewees: Former
US President Clinton, Former President George W. Bush, US Secretaries
of State Colin Powell, Condoleezza Rice and Madeline Albright. In
Europe, Former British Prime Minister Tony Blair. In the Middle East,
King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia, King Abdullah of Jordan, Prince Saud Al
Faisal, Foreign Minister of Saudi Arabia. From the business world, Bill
Gates, Founder Microsoft, and HRH Prince Al Waleed bin Talal al Saud.
Nicolla Hewitt Communications continues work with some of these
individuals.
Miss Hewitt, sits on the board of OTR - the largest Foreign Policy Association for Women in the United States, UN Women for Peace, and the Muslim Womens Fund. She speaks fluent French as well as conversational Arabic and Italian. Nicolla holds a degree in Broadcast Journalism from Pepperdine University, and was a Media Fellow at the Hoover Institute at Stanford University. She has lived in London, Amman, Jerusalem and Los Angeles and currently resides in New York.
